True Conspiracy Behind The Dundon Brothers

We live in a country whereby evidence when presented to a court must prove ' Beyond a reasonable doubt ' the guilt of the one on trial and any personal feelings towards the man/woman who is on trial has to be left aside and guilt or innocence is to be decided by the evidence and evidence alone when presented to the courts.

What i shall be showing you the good people of Ireland over the coming days and weeks is the evidence Wayne Dundon was convicted on.

It will include phone calls between the men and women who testified at his trial, whereby they planned what to say and how members of the Limerick Gardai helped them orchestrate and corroborate their statements.

Evidence that was at stages throughout the trial proven to be fabricated and accepted as fabrications from the three judges presiding on the case, but still in summarising their verdict the judges chose to convict and therefore contradicted their own judgement.

Evidence given on the stand under oath by known gangland figures, their partners, and a jail house informant Noddy McCarthy whose evidence was accepted in the conviction of Wayne Dundon, in fact out of all who testified it was Noddy McCarthy's evidence got Mr Dundon a life sentence. McCarthy had alot to gain by doing what he done, as he is in his 12th year of a life sentence and would probably be considered for parole soon.

He has also implicated Dessie Dundon in another unsolved murder which Dessie Dundon has be questioned for, which in the opinion of anybody with half a brain would indicate the reason he done so is because if he himself is to be considered for parole, there is no reason why Dessie Dundon should not be, as they were both convicted of the same crime, but by implicating Dessie Dundon in this other crime and aiming on getting him convicted, it would allow for Noddy to be released with no questions asked.

I ask for your patience as i organise and upload all the said evidence in this trial. The reason i have chosen to do this is not because i am trying to prove another's innocence but rather the fact of the way these ' Non Jury Courts ' can operate with no questions asked.

It seems trial by jury is a thing of the past in this country for certain individuals and as an Irish citizen i am concerned for the future of our children if these deadlock courts which were originally founded for terrorists are allowed to continue.

At this time you may be thinking the Dundon brothers caused havoc in this country and deserve to be where they are and that may be so, i am not aiming to win a ' Fan Club ' for them. What i shall be doing here is highlighting the way these ' Non Jury Trials ' are operating and the way one can be convicted on ' A presumption ' as the Judge said in part of her summarising of Wayne Dundon's trial, that is was, and i quote " I have to presume that Mr Dundon made the phone call. "

Now they were very strong words and not very intelligent coming from a Judge in such a very high profile court setting.

Wayne Dundon was convicted on the word of a jail house informant ' Who i may add, during the trial held up a TV remote control which he had taken from his prison cell on the way to court to give his evidence and tried to persuade the court it was a mobile phone ' which only showed his unstable mentality and the PRESUMPTION of the judge who read the summary at the end of the trial.

That brings me back to the 'Having to be guilty beyond a reasonable doubt ' scenario one is to be supposedly convicted upon, when on trial in Ireland. This concept was absent when she made her presumption, this and alot of other evidence, which will be posted here in the days and weeks ahead.

Again, this is not in anyway a page for winning a fan club for the Dundon brothers or to take from things they may or may have not done in the past, but rather to highlight errors within our Judicial system.
